Compassionate Care Always

At Hearts & Hooves Livestock Crematory, we prioritize dignity and respect in our cremation process. Our owner-operated team ensures that every step is handled with the utmost care and professionalism, tailored to fit the needs of your beloved animal. We run a clean energy, diesel machine that is large enough to fit a 2,000lb draft horse with no dismemberment of your horse's body.

Canvas Bag for Ashes

Included in the cremation cost is your ashes returned in your choice of an easy-to-handle and hug printed canvas bag. This makes it easier to spread your horse's ashes, access them to put them where you please, or keep them all in the beautiful bag. We have a wide variety of bags to choose from. We can also provide additional bags and split ashes to distribute to multiple people who loved these animals, or smaller options to keep in your house.

Additional Cremation Keepsakes

We offer a selection of locally made momentos

Mane/Tail Hair Keychains

Our very own Maddie, who might be at your pick up, also helps at our crematory. Maddie works very hard and makes both our hoof prints and the mane/tail hair keychains.
These allow you to keep a little bit of your beloved animal forever in a beautiful keychain. Maddie is also great at customizing these with charms, letters, and colored stones. They come in 3 options, free-flow tassel, braided loop, and straight braid, and range from $35-$45. We also carry samples of each in our trucks to help with your decision.

Concrete Hoof/Paw Prints

Here at Hearts & Hooves, we make your animals special prints out of smooth concrete in the shape of a heart (circle or square available upon request)
The reason we chose concrete was for its strength and durability. These are meant to be in the garden, by the barn, or anywhere you choose! They can be customized to your animal's color with the stones we add for beauty, and we can even add letters to put their name in the concrete for an additional cost.
